What exactly does the turnkey package include?↓
The full scope of the standard — no asterisks or additional charges along the way. Ceiling height: 2.5 m.
✓ Bespoke design, structural engineering and full handling of building permit procedures
✓ Spray-painted steel structure — 100×100×4 mm square tubing
✓ Insulation: 25 or 35 cm of mineral wool — the standard for a passive house, far exceeding the minimum requirements of the 2021 Technical Specifications
✓ Triple-glazed windows (anthracite as standard; white or golden oak and other colours available to order)
✓ Façade: Siniat panels in any colour. Additionally: façade cladding or decorative façade panels from 90 zł/m²
