We care about your privacy and want you to know what data we process, why we process it and who may receive it. This policy describes how personal data is processed on dom90.com under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR), and how information is stored on or accessed from your device under the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.

2. Data we collect and its sources
Providing data in a form is voluntary. However, data marked as required is necessary for us to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- Quotation form and calculator: your name, telephone number, email address, selected payment method and information about your planned house, such as floor area, finish standard, number of bedrooms, intended start date and any additional information (for example, plot location) you choose to provide.
- Telephone, email, WhatsApp or Messenger contact: information you provide during a conversation or correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, and browser information recorded in server logs to keep the service secure and operating correctly.
- Google Maps: we embed a Google map on our contact page. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and technical browser information.

4. Recipients of data
We share data only to the extent necessary to operate the service and support our customers.
We do not sell your data or share it with other entities for their own marketing purposes.
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and quotation form processing. Netlify may process data on servers in the United States. Transfers use an appropriate legal mechanism, including, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google — provider of the embedded map on our contact page. Your use of the map is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Email and office-tool providers — to handle correspondence.
- Accounting office — for settlements if a contract is concluded.
- Credit or leasing advisers — only if you ask us to put you in touch, and after we have informed you.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing,
- withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland; uodo.gov.pl.

6. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use our own analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta advertising pixel. Fonts are hosted on our server. We do, however, embed a Google map on the contact page. Loading it connects your browser to Google's servers, which may store or access cookies and other information on your device under Google's policies.
Technical information used by our site
Our own scripts use browser storage:
- localStorage remembers that you dismissed the privacy notice so it does not appear on every visit. The information remains in your browser until you or your browser deletes it.
- sessionStorage temporarily stores the selected floor area when you move to the calculator. It is removed after use and cleared when the browser session ends.
This information is not stored in cookies. It supports functions you have requested. Information that is strictly necessary to provide a service you request may be stored or accessed without separate consent, as permitted by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
Managing browser data and future changes
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking local storage may cause the privacy notice to reappear or some site features to stop working correctly. If we introduce our own analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before activating them.
7. Profiling and automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to form data is limited to authorised people and service providers acting on our behalf, to the extent necessary.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when laws or website features change. The current version, together with its revision date, is available at dom90.com/en/privacy-policy/.
