The conversation and needs
We start with you. We find out about your needs, your plot of land, your expectations, your plans, the floor area and your budget.
STAGE 02
Individual project
We design a house tailored to you and your plot. We determine the layout of the rooms, the size of the house and the solutions that suit your needs and budget.
STAGE 03
Administrative procedures
We help you navigate the formalities required to start construction.
STAGE 04
Production
Once the design has been approved, we begin manufacturing the components of the house under specific conditions. The steel framework, walls and other parts of the building are constructed.
STAGE 05
Preparing the plot
Whilst the house is being built, and even at the design stage, the plot is being prepared. Thanks to the work being carried out in parallel, the whole process runs more smoothly.
STAGE 06
Transport and installation
We transport the prefabricated house components to the plot and assemble them on the prepared foundations. The prefabricated structure can be assembled in as little as one day.
STAGE 07
Finishing and handover
We carry out the remaining work in accordance with the chosen standard – whether you’re designing it yourself or opting for a turnkey solution. Once the work is complete, the most important thing remains: the handover of your home.
